As you know we were in a terrible accident in December.
Thus the purchase of the new car (Whom is still to be named, Ebrahim says her name will be divinely inspired lol.) After the initial shock the realization of what had happened and what needed to be done next set in. Min te weet, het die trauma toe eers ‘n realitietgeword. The hassle of the insurance and the inconvenience of being carless doesn’t even come close to the trauma of losing your first car.
Jason we thank you for being the light at the end of a really really really crappy tunnel. Thank you for winding up a traumatic experience and making it bearable. We are really pleased and impressed with your service. We don’t even think you and Juan deserve to be rated a 10.... If we could rate you guys 10 000 we would!!!
You really went above and beyond for us. We are eternally thankful to have had the opportunity to have been seen to by the best. I purchased my car, a Polo Vivo 2013 model, in October 2014.
I would like to take this time to say how impressed I was by the service your centre and sales agent provided me. I came to see Karin to seek support in buying a new car. She went out of her way to assist me in understanding all the details of buying a car.
This was a very scary- and exciting adventure for me. It was after all my first car and I was headstrong about what I wanted.
Karin handled me with the utmost respect and went out of her way to explain everything to me. She took the time to speak to my father and answered all his questions as well. I can see that she is a person that takes great pride in her work and she was professional at all times. As I am a registered nurse, professionalism is something I value highly. I have rarely seen so much professionalism in one person, she was friendly and only had my best at heart.
A seatbelt buckle was broken on the back middle seat, as soon as I told Karin she sorted it out within a day, she also made sure that I wasn’t inconvenienced. She gave me a vehicle to use while the buckle was being fixed.
Overall, I am more than satisfied with the service that was provided. I would most certainly recommend your centre as well as Karen as a sales representative to anyone wishing to purchase a new vehicle.
